📋 THE WORKSHOP PLAN (90 Minutes)
1. SETUP & REALITY CHECK (0-15 mins)

Activity: Facilitator writes on the board: "Why do I raise my voice in class?"
Action: Every teacher writes 1 honest answer on a sticky note and sticks it on the board.
Evidence: Facilitator takes a photo of the board.
2. INPUT & REFLECTION (15-40 mins)
Watch: Play the video (4 mins).
Discuss: Answer as a group: "What is one non-verbal signal the speaker mentioned?"
Record: One teacher sits in front of the camera and summarizes the group's answer in a 30-second video.
3. WORKSHOP: DESIGNING RULES (40-80 mins)
Step A: Split into pairs.
Step B (Rules): Write down 3 Non-Negotiable Rules using positive language (e.g., "English First").
Step C (Signal): Design 1 Non-Verbal Signal (e.g., a clap pattern or countdown).
Step D (Practice): Everyone stands up. One person acts as the teacher using the signal; others act as noisy students. Practice until they stop talking immediately.
✅ REQUIRED EVIDENCE (Zalo)
In-Meeting: Post the video of the group showing their written rules and demonstrating the signal.
Homework (Before next meeting): Teach the rules in a real class. Take a photo of the Rules on your whiteboard. Caption: "My signal was [Name]. It worked/didn't work because..."
