MANAGING THE LESSON: WEEK 4

👥 ATTENDANCE: Mandatory for All Teachers.

📍 FOCUS: Moving effectively to correct errors before the presentation.

📋 THE WORKSHOP PLAN (90 Minutes)

1. MAP DRAWING (0-20 mins)

• Draw: Each teacher draws a map of their classroom on paper.

• Mark: Draw an X where you usually stand. (Facilitator takes a photo of all maps).

2. INPUT & NEW ROUTE (20-50 mins)

• Watch: Play Teaching Speaking: Monitoring. Observe the teacher walking between desks.

• Draw: On your map, draw a Dotted Line showing a new route that touches every student desk.

3. THE HOT NOTEBOOK (50-80 mins)

• Technique: Discuss the rule: Do not just listen. Write errors down.

• Practice: Simulate a class. Teachers walk the route, write 1 error in a notebook, then go to the board and write the correction.

  • Example: Write "I go yesterday" -> Cross it out -> Write "I went yesterday".

✅ REQUIRED EVIDENCE (Zalo)

• In-Meeting: Video of one teacher tracing their new route on the map and explaining it.

• Homework (FINAL TASK):

  1. Use the new route in class. Post a photo of the "Error Corrections" on the board.

  2. Certificate Requirement: Complete the "Final Reflection" page in your Workbook and send a photo of it to the Manager.
