PLANNING LESSONS: WEEK 2

👥 ATTENDANCE: Mandatory for All Teachers.

📍 FOCUS: Hard-coding the "Presentation Stage" into every lesson plan.

📋 THE WORKSHOP PLAN (90 Minutes)

1. INPUT: LESSON STAGES (0-30 mins)

• Read: Open the article. Discuss standard stages: Engage - Study - Activate.

• JYS Rule: In our center, "Activate" always means "Video Presentation".

2. WORKSHOP: THE JYS SKELETON (30-80 mins)

• Design: Draw the Official JYS Lesson Template on the whiteboard. It MUST include these time blocks:

  • 0-10: Engage (Warm-up).

  • 10-40: Study (Input & Practice).

  • 40-60: PREPARATION (The "Settler"). Students draw/write on their boards to prepare for speaking.

  • 60-80: ACTIVATE (Camera Time). Recording the presentations.

  • 80-90: Feedback/Games.

• Activity: Take a messy lesson plan from last month. Rewrite it together to fit this strict Skeleton.

✅ REQUIRED EVIDENCE (Zalo)

1. IN-MEETING VIDEO

• Task: One teacher stands by the board and explains the "60-80 Minute Rule".

• Post to: JYS Teacher Training Group.

• Deadline: Before leaving the meeting room (10:30 AM).

2. HOMEWORK (CLASSROOM APPLICATION)

• Task: Teach one of your real classes this week using the exact JYS Skeleton.

• Photo: Take a photo of your lesson plan and classroom whiteboard at the 40-minute mark. The board must show the students' preparation work starting.

• Post to: JYS Teacher Training Group.

• Caption: "Class: [Name]. We started Preparation at [Time]."

• Deadline: 10 minutes after your chosen lesson finishes.
