🟦 Pedagogical Module 3: Week 3 - Pair work that actually works
Tue, May 26
|JYS IELTS Do Luong
Are you using pair- (or group-) work in your classes regularly?
Time & Location
May 26, 2026, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
JYS IELTS Do Luong, Green Garden New Urban Area, Do Luong, Nghe An, Vietnam
About The Event
You have been told to use pair work many times.
The problem is: nobody showed you exactly HOW to set it up so students know what to do, do it in English, and do not create chaos. After all, at JYS we need a proper learning environment in all our classes
In this meeting, the facilitator demonstrates a 4-step pair work setup that takes 60 seconds.
You will experience it as a student first.
Then each of you will take a real exercise from your own textbook, convert it into a pair activity, and demonstrate your 4-step setup for the group.
You leave with a ready-to-use pair activity for your next class.
